Hotel Butterfly Zermatt

During my Christmas stay, I loved the warm and cute staff at the hotel. They were always ready to assist and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was also a key highlight. It was conveniently situated near all the popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy the festive season. I was delighted to find that the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious cappuccino and hot chocolate to start my mornings on a good note.

Staff helpful, friendly. Upgraded to suite. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, extraordinary suite. Balcony with flowers. Extraordinary breakfast. Close to train station, main street. Everything wonderful. Did not want to leave.

This hotel was perfect for us! We loved being close to the train station, but away from the noisy crowds. The location was just right; we could walk to all the sights in the city without any trouble. The breakfast selection was excellent. The staff were friendly.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and offers easy access to the main street and nearby sights. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and some even have balconies with great views. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary transportation service for guests.

The noise level in some of the rooms can be bothersome, especially if you are in close proximity to the stairway or elevator shafts.

The hotel is in a great location, set just back from the main shopping street and near the train station which most reviews stated. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. I especially loved the room with its own private veranda and a view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was also impressive, with many homemade dishes and a variety of options, including cakes offered for free.

As a guest at the BW Signature Collection, I was impressed with the hotel's location only minutes away from the train stations and main street. The breakfast buffet provided all the fuel needed for a day of exploring. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zermatt.

The location of this hotel is superb, being just a stone's throw away from the train stations. It's really convenient for travelers, especially those with heavy luggage. The view from some of the rooms, especially those facing the Matterhorn, is breathtaking. It adds a special touch to the overall experience. The breakfast provided at this hotel is outstanding, with a wide variety of homemade dishes. They also offer vegetarian and halal options, catering to different dietary preferences.
